The Application for Admission Into the PA-C Track of the Emory AA Program is Now Closed

 

The online application will be available again in the spring of 2011.

You are welcome to get a ‘head start’ and gather the following items to mail to our program office (we will start a file for you before we receive your online application):

  • Official transcripts from every undergraduate and graduate institution you have attended

  • One current passport-sized photograph

  • Three two-page reference forms – those individuals completing the reference form may also include a reference letter if desired

  • A photocopy of your NCCPA card.

  • A photocopy of your ACLS and BLS training cards, if you are currently certified.
