Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA-C) Track Admission Requirements The Master of Medical Science Program in Anesthesiology in the Emory University School of Medicine now offers a six-semester program for certified primary care PAs who have completed masters-level courses in anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Students matriculate in August. Three semesters of didactic course work are followed by 12 one-month clinical rotations throughout the United States. Senior students take the national Certifying Examination for Anesthesiologist Assistants and are ready to enter an anesthesia care team practice upon graduation in August. |
